I did some research on the yearly species records from 1999 to 2008. Just to see what our yearly average was and totals for each year.Much of the success and effort is based on luck for rarities and birders skill whenever Prospect comes close to that magic milestone of 200 seen in one year.In the last ten years, only 2005 achieved that 200 milestone.
