Rafael's 3/21 report

Site = Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY
Date = 21 March 2008
Observer = Rafael Campos R.
As Park Slope was under the spell of strong winds, the blue sky was like a magnet to take my first Spring walk thru PP.
The most abundant sps was American Robin, but still in good numbers White-throated Sparrows & Dark-eyed Juncos.
At the feeders, the 2 sps Nuthatches could be seen very well.
A small number of both sps of Kinglets were seen foraging behind the Music Pagoda.
But the surprise, and 1st time for the year, was 1 male Brown-headed Cowbird seen with some Robins at the Nethermead.
