10/12 sightings

From Rafael Campos:

Hi all:
A nice day to go birding, and PP was the best option near by.
The usual walk, I started by the Grand Army Plaza, up to the edges of Rose Garden, Vale, and went thru Rick's Place, Midwood, edged the Nethermead, and up to the Peninsula, where I did join forces with Gayle & Xandra (+ Quasi & Pip).
the most abundant bird sps to be notice this morning was Yellow-rumped Warblers, followed by Palm Warblers. Other sps were not as abundant, and Gayle & Xandra saw 1 Osprey around the lake ( I missed it!!!), also seen by other birders around the Park.
The last minute bird for us was 1 Savannah Sparrow seen foraging with a Song Sparrow at the Nethermead.
