From Rob Jett's Park Slope home rooftop, a COMMON NIGHTHAWK flyover over Long Meadow.
Peter,
Robin and I were just sitting up on our roof and I
spotted a Common Nighthawk calling &
flying over the Long Meadow. I believe that this
is a first for the year as I don't recall reading any
reports of nighthawks around NYC this Spring.
