The big surprise today was that I did not find any
Ring-necked Ducks at the pools, only 1 pair of
Buffleheads, Mallards & Canada Geese. The pair
of Red-tailed Hawks are doing a good progress with
their nest around Nellie's lawn. I saw only 1 of them.
Nothing rare, but the numbers of Song,&
White-throated Sparrows have increased, and so the
American Robins. Just 3 Fox Sparrows, and 1 Hermit
Thrush.
