Prospect March 26

Windy conditions did not disappoint the moment at a buffeted "hot" little spot as Mike Corzine and I stood around chatting at the fork junction by the Lower Pool back gate where great looks of a bright low cooperative PINE WARBLER  in great light entertained us after 330 .Not so for the YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER (YRWA) which for a brief time edged along the brush of the Lower Pool shore before taking off for the Ravine Woods. At the same spot where the YRWA departed into, a GOLDEN CROWNED KINGLET topped off our late afternoon chance meeting.

This morning, a pair of GADWALL by Three Sisters. At the lake,a wind aided TREE SWALLOW reported by Mary E.

A report from Kathy T , below as well with OSPREY reported and WOOD DUCKS in the Upper Pool ( we missed that , too busy chatting)
