A slow day, too quiet. It appears that the weather low pressure system pushed out birds and simply knocked them out.
At the ballfields fence enclosure which was inactive at lunchtime, perked a little after work. I found 16 Savannah Sparrows that eventually flew out to bathe in the dugout at field 4. Talk about a "sinker" ( thats a type of pitch )
Other than the Savannah Sparrows, at least 8 Chipping Sparrows and 3 Palm Warblers with one Eastern Phoebe.
It was a busy day for me at work, so no time birding...
