Rusty Harold has forwarded me a new revised version of the checklist form that was used for the now obsolete NYC Bird report website . Rusty's current checklist tool is very useful for a general listing supplementing Ebirds if multiple locations were visited thru the day. But if you are not on Ebirds which requires a subscriptive registration, you can use this checklist to report birds and send to me for records documentation, making it easier for tallying.
