From Paul Cook:
Hi Peter, how are you? Good I hope!
I managed a few hours in the park this afternoon (1330 til dusk) and was lucky enough, amongst other things, to come across an Orange-crowned Warbler. It was on the wooded slope of the Lullwater, North of Terrace bridge, where the path runs between Lookout Hill and the Lullwater. I had excellent views for about 5 minutes as it fed amongst some fallen pine branches.
Also of note were 11 Cedar Waxwings by Binnen Water, 5 Wood Duck (4 Lake, 1 Boathouse Pond), and the American Pipit was again on the ball fields (at 2.15pm).
Hope this is of interest,
all the best, Paul.
