Results of BBC 9/11 Prospect walk; other good sightings, multiple Prospect reports

Hilights include: amazing 21 species warbler including HOODED, Blackburnian, Nashville, Blackpoll,Wilson's; evening Common Nighthawks , RED-SHOULDERED hawk, NORTHERN HARRIER; 50 warblers of variety species on the Peninsula tip after BBC walk; LINCOLN's SPARROW; PHILADELPHIA VIREO; 3 quality flycatchers--ACADIAN, YELLOW-BELLIED & OLIVE-SIDED. PURPLE FINCH early winter migrant ? ( hope not)

Results of Brooklyn Bird Club Prospect walk
leading: Keir Randall and Rob Bate

The BBC walk was a big group with lots of keen eyes.
Thanks to all for finding many good birds and to Rafael
who helped out Rob and I.All 3 Wilsonia was nice :)
Birds marked "pm" were mostly without the
 group.
Around 3pm birds started bottlenecking/staging
at the Peninsula tip/ South lakeside - spectacular.
50 individual warblers on the Peninsula alone is
probably a conservative estimate as are all numbers
 below.
