Warblers continue...plus another species !

Hopefully a good sign, ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER and AMERICAN REDSTART continue their presence in Prospect and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden respectively. Both were reported by Rob Bate.

The Orange-crowned is at its usual location in LP 249 west Well drive area but seen in the phragmite marsh edge today ; The Redstart  is in the Holly tree section opposite the children's garden JUST INSIDE the BBgarden's south gate or Empire Blvd gate.

A report from Keir revealed another warbler species!  In the same area as Orange-crowned, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT seen low in phragmites .

Last for a non warbler, BALTIMORE ORIOLE stuck around, the same bird for the last two months in the Vale of Cashmere. See Rafael's report.

All these great birds CBC day material ? (well I hope!.but for now both are Count Week birds)
