April 1st Bald Eagle flyover + Alex's report

Rob Bate reported a high flyover 1st year BALD EAGLE above Lookout Hill around 3 pm.The eagle was heading in a generally southern direction.Rob also mentioned that about 12 Eastern Phoebes were present in both the Brooklyn Botanic Garden & Prospect ( 4 in Lullwater).
