I went today to Riis Park thinking there was a meeting public comments session.It was from 11 am to 3pm. What it actually was is a information booth with paper comments form . i did that. So, fyi in case anyone intended to go for the August 10th .You are better off submitting comments online which i urge you to do even if a few sentences or longer.

alternative "C" restoration emphasizes native habitats but i would not be surprised there will be a compromise of the 3 major visions for the final plan.
