April 16th: winds and cold: Is this spring ??

I got out today , but intending to see the BBGarden magnolias and weeping cherries before the storm drops all the petals...so birding wasn't on the agenda ( but who wants to with this unseasonable cold and wind?). But there are two reports today from Prospect and Rob Jett's BBC Greenwood Cemetery walk.. BBrrrr.....

Most notable sighting before the rain yet impacting high winds was WHITE EYED VIREO near Lullwater rustic arbor (RBate, then KToomey, JSchumacher)

Oh I forgot to mention. Mary E reported from Thursday two GREATER YELLOLEGS flyover over her home near Bartel Pritchrd Square ( Windsor terrace).
